I need a copy of my PIP award to purchase my Disability Travel Card, can you help me please Alan

    Hi @Alanhudson10 - & welcome to the community. You should be able to get a copy if you ring the PIP enquiry line which is: 0800 121 4433 Open Mon-Fri from 9am (the best time to call).

    Welcome to the community from me too @Alanhudson10 :) How are you doing?

    You should be able to ring and request another copy if you need one, as chiarieds has outlined. Are you able to give them a call tomorrow perhaps?

    Which travel card are you referring to?

    How are you getting on? Have the suggestions been helpful? I'm guessing that you might not have had chance to ring the PIP enquiry line and request a copy of your PIP award as yet, given that it's the weekend. But is that something that you're planning on following up on next week?
