Does anyone have headphone type hearing aids?

I know that some hearing aids are hidden in the adapted arms of spectacles. Therefore, it is not essential that something is inserted in the ear canal.
I know that people use headphones for listening to music, or cancelling sound, or to make calls on their phone without holding it up to their ear. For different purposes, headphones vary from enormous pads on a thick headband to tiny earphones on a slender wire.
My question is, can hearing aids be supplied using headphones of these types?
