Hi all, I was awarded a 4 year award from a successful tribunal back in September 2019, it was backdated to September 2017 so it is coming to an end this year.
I have been sent a letter from PIP asking me to contact them if I wish to still get help. I’m wondering if anyone might be able to tell me what this entails? Will I be starting an entirely new claim again?
Thank you

Hi and welcome
If your award was won at tribunal then yes you need to do a new claim
This is because it wasn't awarded by dwp
