Out of area temporary accommodation. Who would do the OT assessment?

If I am placed in temporary accommodation in another council area who does the OT assessment if my health changes and I am less able to walk?  The council area I live in now says it is the responsibility of the council that placed me here.  Is that right?

    Hi there 

    I'm not sure as it's temporary I presume you are still registered to the council that put you in temporary housing

    Hi @SueLBTH :) To be honest, I'm not sure. Have you spoken to the council that placed you in this temporary accommodation to confirm what the council in your current area said with them?
