F.A.I.L = First Attempt In Learning.sadly I’m finding UC/DWP a nightmare right now. I fully understand that they are very busy. But if I don’t do something I get sanctioned but if they don’t make a call when they should and call me a hour later to say they are running late and I advise them I will be driving at 16.15 for 15 minutes it gets inputted that I said I was unavailable
