Where can I get help with filling out my PIP review?

hello, i have recieve my pip renwel form. i dont know how to fill it myself due to learning difficulties im not good with writing or spelling, i called citizen advice to help me but they dont do face to face appoinments. is there any other service can help me fill my form? also i been discharge from mental health team will that effect my pip? i have my old letter from pip what points i score. i do have a support worker who calls me once a week to see how am doing. what kind of supporting proof should i send with my form? because i dont have any recent supporting letter from my mental health team they discharge me 6 months ago.
