Not that I can find no. Probably a waiting game as to whether it happens and when.I’m not sure if there’s a way to check when court cases are to be heard. There are backlogs though so I’m guessing this is impacting all types of cases and courts?0

Hmmm maybe it will be done over a few dates? Gawd knows!

There are still people hoping the case will go in their favour though because they are hoping they will get it backdated even though the uplift is supposed to becoming to an end.woodbine said:I'm afraid court case or not that the £20 for legacy benefits is a ship that has sailed.0 -
Judicial Review challenge to the failure to uplift legacy benefits will take place. It is listed for a final hearing on 28-29 September 2021.

Yes I read that on another site it had been pushed back to end of September.0

I don't think DWP is in any hurry to let this happen. Even if the legacy benefits did get this £20 back dated you probably wont see it until next summer. Look how they dragged out the ESA underpayment debacle?
