Pips Appeal. Letter from DFC said they have all the information they need

In the process of an  appeal but got a letter from dfc to say they have all information needed and will be in touch when they have made a decision.I just assumed now it's at the appeal stage the dfc just liase with the tribunal not me.

    DFC = Department For Communities, which operates in NI. Which operates like DWP in other UK countries.

    Have you been through the MR process?

    It is the claimant who start the appeal process, not sure about NI though.

    Give whoever sent you the letter, a ring, to see what decision is pending.

    Yes have been through MR process so as you suggested I think I will give them a ring.

    iv seen this to be a common thing whilst people have claims in process at tribunals Dwp respond with this letter but not sure what happens next
