phone assesment for wca late calling me

I was supposed to have my phone at 3.15pm today but no ones has rang yet is this normal? I know other calls may have overrun but im worrying ,what should I do if they don't ring? Did they ring everyone else on time and if not how late were they

It's OK, she just rang to say she running late and will be calling me back in about 30 min,worrying over for now.
