Actually life got in the way by me tripping over in the street and breaking my left upper arm in 3 places and dislocating my elbow.
It still aches after 9 months and my left arm is 1/2 an inch shorter and will never be straight again.

I'm sorry to hear about your fall, and the problems you're still experiencing. It sounds like a lot to deal with. Are you under the care of a medical team? Are they aware that you're still experiencing pain?

I was under the care of the surgeon who operated on my arm but I've since been discharged . I'm not in actual pain as I said it just aches but movement is slowly returning.  The doctor said it could be a couple of years before its close to where it was.
It's my age (60) that is making progress so slow.
