Started handing in sick notes 2018, but only got LCWRA 2020. I was paying rent out of benefits too?

Hi everyone ! I've been handing sick notes in since 2018 I've been realy poorly in and out of hospital yet they had me looking for work well I was ill I was yellow skinned bad jaundas yet they only awarded me LCWWRA IN 7 February 2020 ! Plus on top of that I was paying my rent out of my benefits to?

Hi and thanks ? at the time it was the last thing on my mind i spoke to someone in January and they said they won't be backdating but put 167 pound in my bank ?? I have all the evidence in my journal plus sick notes am I due back pay ?? Thanks jay0

You should get backpay for lcwra to the 4th month after reporting your medical condition as long as you provided continued fit notes

They have a website and you can see where the nearest office is to you or just ring their helpline0
