    Welcome to the community, good to see you join us, how are you? 

    I would advise speaking with your GP initially if you feel as though you need more support, they might be able to direct you towards anything local to you. Have you spoken with your GP?

    Additionally, the National Autistic Society (NAS) have a free helpline that you can call if you'd like, and of course this community is always here if you want to talk about what you are going through.
