DWP mentioned during call there's another layer to appeal after MR. Does that mean MR's been denied?

Hi I submitted an MR as I was awarded zero points on my pip. Today I recieved a phone call asking if want to add anything to it. I was told I would get a letter within 2 weeks with the outcome and that there is another layer to appeal if I don’t like the outcome. Does that mean they have already decided against my MR?

Hi and welcome
It doesn't really mean anything we would only be guessing
Mr success rate is quite low so don't expect too much but people can be successful
All you can do is wait for the decision0 -
Just rang them and MR hasn’t changed the outcome. So I guess appeal stage is next. This is so mentally exhausting0

Hi @needadvice - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry your MR hasn't changed things. You could try & get some advice for your tribunal, & hopefully representation. If you try the following link & see if there's a Welfare Rights office near you as they give free advice. just choose 'welfare benefits' from the drop down menu. Please see: https://advicelocal.uk/

Sorry your mr wasn't successful as above I would recommend you get some expert advice before you continue to tribunal
