Pip tribunal

I had my pip tribunal yesterday over the phone and I was successful in overturning the DWP's decision I was already in receipt of part1 mobility and was challenging the decision not to give me daily living the judge was very sympathetic and told me they had already reached their decision before the call and the doctor said I needed to be bumped up to the higher rate mobility aswell so it was a great result and I must admit I shed a tear or too. The DWP make you feel like utter etihs. If you're in the same position keep fighting ☺️

Well done great news. I had to take them to court five years ago and also won but I've just had my renewal form they mean the whole thing again does it mean I'm going to have to fight again for the higher rate again1
