Welcome to the community @Michelle10 This is the post I made for you.
What kind of help are you looking for? For example, do you need help with finances, employment, walking aids, or pain etc.? -
Hi @Michelle10 - & welcome to the community. Plantar fascitis can be very painful, so I wonder if you have discussed this with your GP, as there are several things that may help. The link below from the NHS identifies some, which may include physiotherapy, or seeing a podiatrist, either of whom may additionally recommend different shoe insoles/inserts. In the meanwhile it's perhaps an option to see a pharmacist, to see the different insoles/inserts that they have. Please see: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/plantar-fasciitis/
