I've had a message saying I've been awarded LCWRA, but haven't had an assessment. Is this possible?

Hi I have just had a msg sayin I've been awarded lcwra, but I have not even had an assessment? Anyone else had this? And how is it possible?

    HI,
    It is possible that no assessment is needed if there's enough of evidence to write the report, this is known as a paper based assessment. Rare but it can and does happen.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    But I havnt even filled a form in, could my work coach have informed them?
