Hello everyone, I have my WCA telephone assessment next Friday. This is the first time I have had one and I have been reading that I should have kept a copy of the form I sent off however I didn’t think to do this and am now freaking out that if they ask me what I wrote exactly I won’t be able to say it exact as I posted it off months ago now!
Thanks for any help

Thanks, have sent an email, hoping they can send me a copy of my form to me before next week. If not then I’m not sure what to do!1

Hi there
It is advisable to keep a copy but not the end of the world
They will not ask you to repeat what you put on the form
They will ask questions based on your form but all you need to do is answer with as much detail about how your condition affects your ability and how this would impact in a work environment
Dwp don't normally send out a copy of your assessment form or respond to emails
Contact is usually through your online journal if on uc1 -
Thankyou so much for your reply, I am very anxious about it, as I lose my vision a lot of the time, due to having a cyst on my brain, so even if I had a copy of it to hand I can’t say I would be able to read it anyway!0

It's unlikely that the Health Assessment Advisory Service who complete the assessments will send you a copy of the form you sent. Just do your best to answer the questions with as much detail as possible and avoid answering with just a yes or no.

Great news on that decision. However, the advice from your work coach to base your answers on your worst days is extremely bad advice and you should never ever do this. You should tell about all of your days and not just your bad ones.

Hello, well done on getting your award. Thankyou for your comment it means a lot. Even if I don’t get it first time I’ll keep trying. Just hard to stay positive but trying my best.0
