I get confused about the date on which I get paid. Why do the DWP make it so difficult to work out? I was put on Universal Credit after my husband died last year. Can anyone help me?

Hi,
If you log onto your journal and click “payments” it will tell you on there which date you get paid. UC is a monthly benefit and is always paid on the same date each month. Everyone’s payment date is different, depending on what date you first claimed.

Hello @techie7
Welcome to the community, how are you today?
I hope the above reply has been helpful, and I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your husband last year.0
