    Welcome to the community, it's nice to see you join us and I hope you find this place to be a positive outlet. 

    Were you intending to address this to the DWP? It seems as though your query is related to a benefit claim you are making, is that the case? And if so, what benefit is this in relation to? 

    This is an online forum for disabled people, and I'm sure that we would be happy to clear things up for you a bit if you are uncertain about anything.
