Disability property with stairs help

Hi new to this but feel as a family we need help put in property as disability property but son's 5 and has cerebral palsy epilepsy hypertonia serverly disabled but 2 yes down the line Walsall council realise property is not suitable so he's 24 HR care now adaptions to home so carry 4 stone son up and down stairs feels like he's been put on the shelf any help or ideas please

How are you getting on? Did you manage to gain any support with regards to housing etc?
I hope you've managed to find some support and have provisions in place to help you and your family.
