I've just had a missed call from the pip consultation centre and I am now rather confused.
Today is Sunday isn't it?

    Hi,
They sometimes work Sundays if backlogs are huge. Have you tried ringing them back? If not, then do this if possible. They may have been ringing to either ask a few questions or to offer you an appointment date/time for an assessment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

They will be closed for incoming calls but some people will be working.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

If it was definitely the assessment providers that rang and not DWP. Your report could have been sent back to them by a decision maker, which has been known to happen if they have a query.
