I plan to put the tree and decorations up at the end of the week. I have also wrote all my cards and handed them out, I'm starting to give out presents this weekend and I'm pretty much sorted overall.1

I haven't put up any Christmas decorations just yet, but I have written out all the cards and sending them today. Next task will be to put up the decorations. As much as I like Christmas, it can be stressful at times and I find the increased pace and busier places overwhelming at times. I find it is just best to do things at your own pace. ??I am awful at choosing Christmas presents too! Anyone have any suggestions on how to choose good presents?

I've received a card from Samuel last two years and never knew who he was, so I did some detective work and asked neighbours and found out he lives 2 doors away. So I have bought him a card this year I knew him by sight and to say hello to but not by name1

Christmas is a great time of the year, all of the streets/houses look really nice with all the lights and decorations. I do think it has become too commercialised though, everyone seems obsessed with buying loads of gifts, rushing around and consequently, getting stressed out. In my opinion, Christmas is about family time, taking time for yourself and having a break from the busy routine of the 'normal' day to day life. I hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year. If you find this year a particular stressful time of year, don't worry, just make sure to keep enjoying your favourite hobbies, watch your fave films and eat your fave food.???0
