How long to wait for back payment lcwra

Hi I've been awarded lcwra.
I'm aware that it's back dated 3 month from the 1st fit note I've done all the calculations as to what I'm owed.
I'm wondering how long it takes for them to send the back pay?

Hi,
it’s not paid at all during the waiting period. Its then paid from the 4th month of your claim. When doing the calculations make sure you’ve calculated 3 full assessment periods from the date you reported your health condition.
It can often take a few weeks for them to pay money owed. Before doing this they need to recalculate all the relevant past statements so then can work out how much they owe you.Once it’s paid it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

Thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/90478/hi-my-name-is-rcm-if-im-found-to-have-lcw-lcwra-at-tribunal-will-either-be-backdated#latestThere will only be extra money if you were found to have LCWRA. After a Tribunal decision it can take anything up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer.
