i suffer from serious shoulder pain and neck pain. siting on the sofa is painful. at the moment i have a lagre pillow case that i put four pillows in. two at the bottom and two at the top. it helps to support my shoulder but is not big enough to support my neck. does anyone know if there is a pillow case outthere that i can fit six pillows in.
If i can find anything like this then it will allow me to sit on my sofa without feeling too much pain.
Does anyone else have the same problem as me where they have serious pain in their shoulder and slipped discs in their neck that makes sitting on a sofa painful

Hi @happyfella - perhaps worth looking around this website. I wonder if this, for example, may be helpful: https://www.completecareshop.co.uk/bedroom-aids/pillows-and-pillowcases/support-pillows/v-shaped-back-support-pillow?sku=Q00513 it looks like a pillowcase needs to be bought separately; these are also available on this site.

Hi @happyfella, I have exactly the same problem . My neck hurts even more if I stand to do my ironing, it’s as if ever I do anything that causes me to tilt my head forwards the pain gets worse if that makes sense?
My daughter has just bought me a lavender wheat bag from Amazon that I put in the microwave to heat just for 90 seconds and this helps a lot when I am on the sofa.
its the long one that sits round my shoulders and neck. Might be worth a try for you.

I was advised by pain clinic not to wear neck and back braces. The problem is that your muscles weaken even faster so if and when you stop using pain is worse.0
