Hi @sj72
Welcome to the community, I'm happy to see you join us
Sorry to hear that filling out the form is causing you stress, is there a particular part of it that you are struggling with or is it the entire thing? Do you have any family members or other loved ones who can support you to fill it out?
We do see quite a few members post about challenges with PIP forms and the process in general, so you might find it helpful to have a look through our PIP category for any related discussions, and of course feel free to get involved wherever you wish.
I hope you enjoy taking part on the community and if you have any questions then please feel free to ask.0 -
Hi,
When filling out the form you should add a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.Include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for 1 A4 sheet of paper per descriptor.
Make sure you add your name and NI number to everything you send. Always send copies not originals and make sure you keep a copy of your form before sending.0 -

2. Have you try using aid, if so which one.
3. Does the Aid helps you to do the activity.
4. If the Aid does not help, explain why
5. Even with Aid, can you still do the activities in the way and manners other people without your conditions, do
That is all about it really0 -
Not everyone uses aids. People with mental health issues would not benefit from using aids. What's needed is real world examples as mentioned in my previous reply.
