DWP wouldn't advertise it because it's nothing to do with them. Bt have it advertised on their website here. https://www.bt.com/exp/broadband/home-essentials

If that’s the case they should tell everyone everything else they could be entitled to if in receipt of a benefit and that’s not the DWPs responsibility, so you can’t blame them.AndrewHall said:I only found out yesterday.
