Thanks for posting, I see that you have made other discussions about your condition as well as this one so i hope the replies from other members in there have been helpful.
I have no knowledge of the surgery you mentioned in your post, but is that something that you are going to have done? I hope that we have other members who have some experience in that area and are willing to share their insight.

There have been a few relatively recent discussions on spinal stenosis, here, here and here. I believe there's also a spinal stenosis group chat that was recently added to, which was started in 2019.
