Jobcentre in Lombard Street West Bromwich. Is it usual to have weekly call appointments on LCW?

Does anyone know the reason why some of the Jobcentre has moved to Lombard Street West Bromwich?........is it usual to have weekly call appointments on LCW?

I could be wrong, but I think that it might be a temporary Jobcentre as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. You can see the Lombard Street centre listed on this gov.uk page.
In terms of the phone appointment, my understanding is that it's quite normal for those on LCW to be expected to attend appointments, though I'm not sure how frequent these usually are. Do you have access to your claimant commitment?1 -
Thanks Tori...it does list it as temporary....i understand having to attend appointments or phone ones but it's the frequency every week, when some people are 3 months. I have a spine problem so it is not getting better so what is the rush?..says nothing in my commitments about frequency of appointments.0
