    Hi @kitx - I just looked on their website about their Warm Home Discount, & posted a link to this. This is just what I found online.
    Sorry they didn't get back in touch with you, but I 'think' applications start in October, if I remember rightly about the WHD in general. Other members may likely know more.
    The Community Co-production group is for any online members interested in discussing different topics that affect the community, & how things may be changed/improved. You need to apply for this.

    What problems are you having? They have until 31st March to add the £140 onto your account if you were successful.

    No worries, just thought I'd check out this forum, as getting answers form SSE re the issue is difficult.
