Am I entitled to LCWRA back pay?

I applied for limited work capability for work related activity in April 2020 and was finally rewarded it in November 2021. I put sick notes in for the full time until I was rewarded. Does this mean I’m entitled to back pay

Hi,There's a full 3 month waiting period and the extra money is paid from the 4th month of your claim starting from when you first reported your health condition. When it's paid from will depend on the dates of your assessment periods.LCWRA payments will start from either Aug/Sept 2020. Providing you're not claiming UC with a partner that already has the LCWRA element on your claim. It can often take a few weeks to pay any money owed.0

Hello @claire8483 thanks for reaching out. To make your post easier to find for future members, I've just edited the title and moved it to our Universal Credit category.
Do let us know if you're still unsure of anything
