I just bought a hidden disabilites lanyard so I dont have to explain my health problems to people who know nothing about it and I feel like I am fighting back at last.

    I’m so glad to hear that you bought a lanyard and feel so empowered by it! You definitely don’t owe anybody else an explanation.     I'm also glad to hear that you've bought a lanyard. Many people find them a great tool, so I hope that it helps you during times when others might not be as understanding as they could be. Have you faced many people who have a lack of understanding of your conditions and how they affect you?
