I just bought a hidden disabilites lanyard so I dont have to explain my health problems to people who know nothing about it and I feel like I am fighting back at last.

Hi there @Sonic63,
I’m so glad to hear that you bought a lanyard and feel so empowered by it! You definitely don’t owe anybody else an explanation. You might also find it useful to navigate over to the “rare, invisible and undiagnosed conditions” category for a chance to connect with others about similar experiences. You are not alone

Welcome to the community @Sonic63
How are you doing today?
I'm also glad to hear that you've bought a lanyard. Many people find them a great tool, so I hope that it helps you during times when others might not be as understanding as they could be. Have you faced many people who have a lack of understanding of your conditions and how they affect you?
I've moved your post into the rare, invisible and undiagnosed conditions category that Danielle mentioned, so please do take a look through there to see what other people are saying about less visible conditions. You can view our other categories here.0
