They confirmed they've had my form since Dec, but I haven't heard anything. How long does it take?

Hi
My letter says that they have decided I have a low capability to work and work related activity. Is this what u mean by LCWRA ? Sorry for all the questions I struggle to understand stuff sometimes
Thanks x0 -
It will say limited capability for work related activity, not low capability.Sounds like that decision was indeed LCWRA.0

Yes that means LCWRA. You will be entitled to an extra £343/month from the fourth assessment period after you reported your health condition (unless you live with a partner already getting LCWRA).
You previously said you reported your health conditions in July ‘21 so the LCWRA will be payable from November or December depending what dates your monthly assessment period covers and exactly what date in July you reported your condition.0 -
Based on the little information here the LCWRA element will be paid from either Nov/Dec.LaurynD_39 said:I have been sending my sicknotes in since July 21The exact date will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition and the dates of your assessment periods. Or when you usually receive you payment each month.0 -
My first sicknote went in on 14th July then they sent the form to fill in sept/October time. It says money will be awarded from 3 months after i first gave them evidence of my health condition. Does that mean the sicknote or the form please x0

Sick Note. The waiting period is a bit longer than three months. What date of the month are you paid UC?0
-
I'm paid on the 13th and the 27th of every month0

I think that means your assessment period (AP) is 7th to 6th of the month.
If so, you reported your health condition in the July to August AP.
The waiting period is the three APs from August to November.
The LCWRA element is payable from the November to December AP (starting with payment from 13th December).0
