Contact address/telephone for DWP

I am looking for an up-to-date contact address/phone number for the DWP. I am trying to look up my benefits claim history.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can make a subject access request to DWP and they will send you all the information they hold about you. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-your-personal-information-from-the-department-for-work-and-pensions

They all have different addresses which will be on the letters you receive from them about each benefit.
