Is pip backdated to the the day they received your claim?

Hi,If you're not transferring from DLA and you had your conditions for at least 3 months when you applied then yes your PIP starts from the day you applied. If successfully awarded then the benefit cap no longer applies to you.I also see that you've posted the same question 9 times, it's not helpful to spam the forum this was and can get very confusing when posting the same question multiple times.0
