Hi,

If you're not transferring from DLA and you had your conditions for at least 3 months when you applied then yes your PIP starts from the day you applied. If successfully awarded then the benefit cap no longer applies to you.

I also see that you've posted the same question 9 times, it's not helpful to spam the forum this was and can get very confusing when posting the same question multiple times.
