Treat it as a new claim. Do not attempt to put “no change”. Make sure you include 2 real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted the activities that apply to you and go into detail.1

Generally the advice is to treat a renewal as a new claim and fully detail the way in which your health limits your ability to do the activities to the required standard on the majority of days complete with examples of what happens if you attempt to do the activities.1

I'm glad you've been able to get some helpful answers @greenpatts23
Do you feel confident in thinking of some relevant real world examples?

No I don’t feel really comfortable, but I’m going to contact my local citizen advice and see if they can help, pip is such a stressful process to go through0

It can often help to talk things through one to one, so speaking to Citizens Advice sounds like a good idea to me @greenpatts23. Let us know how you get on.
Some people find it helpful to keep a diary prior to completing the form in which they jot down examples that can be used as evidence. Citizens Advice have some information about this on their website. Is that something you've considered?
It certainly can be a stressful process, but I hope that your review goes smoothly. Are you able to manage the stress of the application? I know that it can bring up difficult feelings and ill health in a lot of people, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any support.0
