Hello, Advice on Mandatory Reconsideration

I recently received a reply to my pip claim awarding me 0 points in both sections. I was diagnosed with Hyperparathyroidism in Feb 2020 which is affecting me in lots of ways.
On reading the letter I feel the assessor was in a completly different conversation to me. Is it worth doing a Mandatory Reconsideration? I feel so deflated over the decision and its a waste of time going further in fear of another rejection.

    If  you think the decision is wrong then it’s definitely worth challenging. Have you made sure you understand how PIP is assessed?

    You have nothing to lose by doing the mr apart from spending time strengthening your case

    Hi, I completed a mandatory reconsideration for PIP back in Feb but haven't heard anything back as yet but I do understand about the long waiting time, I have now been diagnosed with osteoporosis should I send any further info to PIP towards my mandatory reconsideration?

    PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. If the MR decision doesn't change you can send any extra evidence to HMCTS if you take it to Tribunal.
