Hi all, I thought while I'm sharing everything today, I might as well tell you about my mental health too. I have suffered with depression since I was 16, I've had it on and off all my life, I have had several psychiatric and been to ment cat meeting, but still it end up coming back. Since I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and parkinson's, it's got worse,  and the Anxiety and panic attacks have been horrendous,  I have just started doing a medication app, called headspace and it really good, it really helped me in the last couple of weeks,  even all my family have noticed a difference. I'll keep you posted on how it goes, hope this is of use to spend of you.  😆

I love headspace too!! I started off using it to help me sleep with their bedtime stories but tried some of their anxiety course and while I never feel like I’m doing it right it really helps calm me down. It’s so good it’s working for you too. ❤️

Hi @shiftyj1869 I'm glad to here the app is having a positive impact for you :) I sometimes an app as well, when I'm feeling very anxious.

It's useful to build up a good habit of checking in with yourself using something like an app, it can also be reassuring to have the structure of doing it on certain days of the week, but of course everyone is different!
