LCWRA REVIEWS ON HOLD ?

Good Evening All
Hope everyone Is well, and keeping safe, with storm Eunice coming.
I've been extremely anxious lately, with moving house etc 
So thanks for all recent help, with regards to info on lcwra review.
I was advised to speak with my work coach. They said, all lcwra and wca reviews, are on hold, because of the Initial claims, and  Covid. And I would remain in the Support Group, for the foreseeable future. Im not great with understanding certain things. Could anyone please simplify this ?
I'm still bit confused,  and bit embarrassed to ask in my journal.

It means they don’t have the resources to carry out reviews at the moment so aren’t doing any. Therefore your award will not be reviewed for the time being.
