Hello Everyone,
I am glad I joined this community.
I am glad I joined this community.
I have been diagnosed with FND and muscle skeleton disorder 3 years ago.
I had an accident at work and after 3 years I have to retired on illnesses capability. Due to my mobility, chronic pain, spasms in back and pins and needles in my right legs, falling due to my mobility, ear pain, headache, bowel movement problem and urine too.
I am 42 years old now and I am glad my partner is helping me with my daily task and shower. Is so difficult for him too as he has got an ADHD and he is very active - me I am opposite, I am exhausted, fatigue and lack of sleep at night. Diazepam helping me during the night but that’s not always a case. I am waiting on referral on my psychology and I have to give up physio as after one session I’ve fallen and girls was in a tears. Came home and I was in agony for 3 days crying with a pain. I have seen my neurologist but he thinks it’s a trauma by my accident at work. I was study to work for NHS/council and now I have to forgot about this job. My listing and memory forgetting some ongoing conversation or my partner saying I am not listing.
I hope they will send me for some rehabilitation as I know waiting time is 1/2 years but I don’t know how things are in Scotland. I just don’t wanna meet anybody and I am so depressed as I lost my job I loved and I will never able to return to nursing/caring industry.
That’s me for now .

Hello everyone,
thank you for your kind messages as you did cheat me up.Still not receiving any support due to awaiting on my psychology apt and also hope I will go to back to physio but they have nothing to do with me at the moment they think all this fnd is psychological, scans are ok. Just don’t understand why I am having a bad mobility and all these ongoing issues. It’s hard but I am glad I have someone beside me as my family stays far away0 -
Good morning @annas
How are you this morning,
hows your weather been, some area's have been terrible, i have not been out side because of it, it seems a bit calmer here today so i think i will have a little walk around the garden, see if there is any damage.
Do you manage to get out side much ?
Have you got a garden ?0 -
