I have had 2 payments from pip but no award letter. I have a mobility car but don't know if pip have taken the payments out for it as did receive more money than I was expecting. How can I find out as tried calling them and was in the queue for nearly an hour so gave up.

Hi,The only way is to ring as soon as they open at 9am on this number. 0800 121 4433 You will need to continue to hold in the queue until someone answers and yes it is often as long as one hour.If you've recently had an assessment then a decision may have been made so you should receive the decision letter within the next week.

Hi @caz27
Welcome to the community, I hope you are well and keeping safe this morning.
Those queues can be a bit of a pain can't they? As mentioned above by Poppy though it's your best option for getting a resolution to your query unfortunately. Hopefully the award letter does arrive soon.
I have moved your discussion over to our PIP category, which you might like to browse for related threads. Feel free to get involved around the community and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.0
