Being disabled doesn't automatically qualify you. If you live in Wales there's a £200 fuel support scheme you can apply for. You only have 3 days left to apply for this. Criteria here. https://gov.wales/winter-fuel-support-schemeThe Warm Home discount scheme has closed for 2021/22 but will reopen later in the year for next year.

Everybody will be getting the £200 energy "loan" at the end of Oct. this will be repaid interest free from 2023 for five years.
Cold weather payments will still be made to those on qualifying benefits for a short period.
And of course additional to this will be the £150 council tax one off payment in April, this will not have to be repaid.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
