Hello there @efcmik and welcome to the community. Please feel free to head over to our PIP category and browse the discussions. Our members are very knowledgeable on the subject and will be happy to advise you.
Is there something in particular you're having trouble with on the form? Please don't hesitate to ask
Scope has some useful advice here, so please do give that a read.

Hi @ efcmik - & welcome to the community from me also, Mike. As far as completing your PIP form, this link helping people with mental health problems should be useful. Please see: https://www.mentalhealthandmoneyadvice.org/en/welfare-benefits/pip-mental-health-guide/help-with-your-pip-claim/how-to-fill-in-the-pip-form/Just answer a little of the form at a time. You can also ring the PIP enquiry line to ask for an extension, & you'll automatically be given a further 2 weeks; you don't have to give a reason. The phone number is 0800 121 44330

Sorry to hear that you are finding PIP forms a challenge, is there any part of it in particular that you are struggling with or is it just the whole thing?0
