    @Ross_Scope it was a phonecall I have waited a few weeks for its to be put on a waiting list to see a therapist which could take upto a year b4 I see 1 but hey its step in right ✅  direction my days going OK so far thank you for asking housework etc 😄  I do hope you are having a enjoyable day upto now 😊
