Hello, I have reported my health condition on 28th September 2021. My assessment period is from 12th to 11th and I get paid on the 18th of each month.
I had my WCA assessment on 8th February 2022 and still waiting for decision. Will I be owed any back payments? Not sure how this works?

If you are found to have LCWRA, the LCWRA element will be payable from the January to February assessment period (the February payment).0

So that works out as 1 month of backdated payment?0

Hello again, just wondering if reporting a health condition and fit note has the same impact on backdated payments please?0

This member hasn't been active since April so may not return to answer your question. Decisions for WCA can take anything up to 12 weeks. From the timeline posted here it looks like it took a few weeks.
