Dla waiting times

Has anyone heard anything from dla mine was a new claim it was stamped on the 6th of January seen a couple of people received there award and was scanned after 6th January xx

    With all benefit claims, there's really no exact timescales. It depends on each individual case and some take longer than others.
    Once a decision's been made you'll receive the decision letter within a few weeks. If it's a first time claim and there's an award, as always money usually goes into the bank before you receive the letter.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    As poppy123456 has explained, waiting times do vary @shazza1986. Your waiting time doesn't really indicate whether your claim will be successful or not, so try not to worry too much (easier said than done, I realise!).
