Hi I have a question could anyone help I done my work capability assessment and got the results back January 12th 2022 they said I have limited capability for work will I receive any extra money as they haven’t said much more

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    If you have been awarded lcw there is no extra payment you only get extra if awarded lcwra 

    You no longer have to provide fit notes or look fir work,  your work coach should be in contact to set any new commitments

    If you have been awarded lcw you would have to appeal this decision if you think you should have been awarded lcwra 

    If you look at some of the other posts in uc section relating to lcwra you will find some links to the eligibility to get lcwra

    Hi I was awarded lcw on the 12th January 2022 how do I appeal it to apply for lcwra many thanks

    Before doing this you should take a look at the descriptors for LCWRA to check you qualify. There's no point going any further if you don't.
