    Hi poppy thanks for welcoming me to the group. I am not feeling too good, exeriencing a lot of pain today, but visited my GP where i was prescribed additional pain relief.

    Bless you @smokey18 you certainly are on the right site - please, if you get the chance, have a good look around,
    In the categories you will find links on pain, if you mention your own problem, only if you want to share ofcourse ,
    you may find others with the same symptoms/conditions, we are a very helpful bunch of normal people, with our own health problems.
