Hello there @smokey18

Wishing yo a warm welcome to the community, would you like to tell us a bit about yourself?

This is a very supportive and enjoyable place to get involved with, so I'm sure you'll enjoy your time here. Please feel free to have a browse and get involved with any discussions that take your fancy. I would recommend the virtual coffee lounge and the recent discussions page as starting points.

If you have any questions then please ask

Hi, welcome to the community.
How are you today?

smokey18

Hi poppy thanks for welcoming me to the group. I am not feeling too good, exeriencing a lot of pain today, but visited my GP where i was prescribed additional pain relief.

SueHeath

Bless you @smokey18 you certainly are on the right site - please, if you get the chance, have a good look around,
In the categories you will find links on pain, if you mention your own problem, only if you want to share ofcourse ,
you may find others with the same symptoms/conditions, we are a very helpful bunch of normal people, with our own health problems.

ProudMumForever
