PIP have report. What does 'not actioned' mean?

Ive just rang pips and they said had report now couple of weeks what does not NOT ACTIONED mean please plus he said should be couple of weeks now

In the meantime, I just wanted to respond to say we hear you. It sounds like a really difficult situation to be in. Please know that you don't have to face this or anything else alone though if you don't want to

It means a decision hasn't been made yet. It can take anywhere from 2-12 weels for a decision.

When you think of exactly how many people are currently claiming PIP and Covid is still here, with people still isolating then you have to expect delays. It's not like you're the only person waiting. Nothing more you can do until a decision's been made.

Looking at your other thread it's only been 4 weeks since your assessment and you only started your claim in November, which is pretty fast compared to some people here.

Sorry poppy was not refering to me sorry if it came across as such i was speaking generally as most is now digitally especially the reports it is in .y opinion slow as some people get their award and within weeks getting review form which is verystressfull for them

Many people feel the same way @bennyboy0751. Long waiting times can certainly be stressful for lots of people, so you're not the only one to think that! I hope it's not too too long until you hear back about your award
