Morning.. uc log in

I tried to log on to my uc account yesterday it took forever to log me in, then I had a random pop up asking if I had help applying which is the first time Iv ever seen it. This happened to anyone else?

Hi,

I just logged into my daughters journal. (i'm her appointee and manage her claim for her)I had exactly the same, with a few other questions after. It looks like a small survey to me and nothing to worry about.

We’ll probably see some DWP statistic saying how easy it is to claim UC because xx% manage it without help! (Which wouldn’t tell us anything about whether the claims are correctly completed and/or correctly processed.)
