I’ve just tried contacting scope and got a message ‘sorry we are busy, please call back later’. What happened to the queueing system?

Hi @kieran20!
Just to check, were you ringing our helpline service? I'd be happy to take a look into this for you

Thanks for confirming @Kieran20
I've just passed this onto them so that they can look into it for you. 0 -
Hi again @Kieran20
They were closed between 1:30pm and 2:30pm for lunch. They play that message so that people aren't waiting too long between those times. I hope that makes sense! If you call outside of those hours, someone should be able to pick up. 1 -
The message should really have something saying ‘We are on lunch from 1:30 till 2:30.’. Then people know when to call back. I assumed call back in 10 or 15 mins, not an hour.Tori_Scope said:Hi again @Kieran20

Thanks for the feedback @Kieran20
I'll be sure to pass it on.
I hope you were able to get through to them in the end?0
